Piccadilly, London, redirected to Walmer Castle, Dover with the addition of 1841 2d Plate 3 JE with margins almost all around and cancelled with a black MC, envelope is a little crumpled with a couple of small tears at top nevertheless a rare combination, b/stamps incl. despatch & receiving d/stamps.
