Γραμματευς Δανιήλ Γεωργπουλος", addressed to "δήμαρχον Δερβενοχωρίου". Administrative cachet "ΜΙΝΙΣΤΕΡΙΟΝ ΤΗΣ ΘΡΗΣΚΕΙΑΣ". From October 1824 to April 1826, this was the third Greek Government. Very fine and very rare.

A most enthusiastic Philhellene.

Courier letter from the Port of Patras to the Port of Piraeus. After the royal couple, Otto and Amalia, was being deposed during the October 1862 revolution and left Greece, riots broke out. Letter from captain A. Barry on the Austrian corvette "Friedrich" to the K.K. Fleet Command in Piraeus in December 30, 1862, reporting the situation from Patras. A document from a period after King Ottos reign, before King George arrived in Greece.
