POGRANICHNAYA︰1915年7戈比郵政信封寄德國，另貼羅曼諾夫14戈比(損壞)及3戈比軍徽圖，此郵資為保險費將10盧布寄往俘虜營於Hannover，銷POGRANICHNAYA滿州里「b」 27.10.15戳。Podranichnaya紅色檢查戳及德國紫色直線檢查印，背附私人臘封印，此封右邊有部份缺及有摺影響貼票。
