1852: 10 c. black, a horizontal strip of six (Prefix 1j) with ample to large margins all round, used on 1859 cover to Liege, Belgium endorsed "Pièces de procedure", tied by five strikes of Diekirch dot within three circles handstamps in black with framed "PD" adjacent. "DIEKIRCH" despatch cds at right (April 1). Reverse with Weiswampach cds and Spa cds's of transit alongside Liege arrival cds (April 2). File fold well away from the adhesives.
