A very rare combination in this form, double signed Dr. Steuer VÖB. ÷ 1898, China $1 Schwanengans Tokyo-Druck übergehend gestpl. "KIAOCHOW. DEC 19 1899" in Kombination mit Vorläufer 5 Pf.
