1856/61, 5 cuartos dark vermilion, pair and 2 real carmine on bluish pape tied "MANILA / ISL. FILIPIN 9 SET 1862" to large part of cover of folded registered cover, manuscript "Certificate of Albay" addressed to Manila. Manuscript reception note on reverse "Recibi" of the "Pardo" company. One of the few surviving registered covers of this time. Magnificent. Cert. Graus and Exfima (1980). ÷ 1856/61, 5 cuartos bermellon oscuro, pareja y 2 reales carmin sobre papel azulado. Frente de Certificado, manuscrito "Certificado de Albay" dirigido a Manila. Matasello baeza "MANILA / ISL. FILIPIN 9 SET 1862". Nota de recepción del manuscrito en el reverso "Recibi" de la empresa "Pardo". Uno de los escasos certificados de este epoca. Magnifico. Cert. Graus y Exfima.
