1941/1948 - AEROGRAMMES etc. for "BRITISH MILITARY FORCES": Specialized collection of 100 Air Letters and Air Letter Cards for the various British Military Forces during WWII, from the 1941 basic form to 1946 P.O.W. form including unused and used air letters with special Christmas issues (illustrated) and "Christmas Free" handstamps, find good frankings (also meter marks), special post and censor marks and mail from/issues for Somaliland, Kenya, East Africa, Tanganyika, North Africa, Central Mediterranean Forces, Middle East and India, or the Royal Navy, Forces and Naval issues, the special 'Kilindini' issues, and others including varieties etc. A famous collection built by Thomas Matthews and has been used as the basis for Kessler's catalogue.
