Cover red on pink, purple on blue inside with original outer back cover text (84x58mm) pale orange-brown interleaves. VF fresh condition. SG SB4 cat £6500+, ACSC B6(T)A(var) cat $7500+. Extremely rare booklet & this is the 1st intact example with original contents that we have ever seen. (P)
