Letter sheet from Syros Oct 3rd, 1862 with a total of 30L. to Tripolis. The normal inland rate was 20L. but the transportation with a foreign vessel (in this case an austrian one) was 10L. more (only known to and from Syros). 1L. Provisional on cover are very rare, the 1L. Paris was applied later. Despite the added stamp an impressive and very rare franking. (Hellas 2a+9IIb+11Ib+13IIb).
