1910年9月25日清三次片自山西潞安府經西伯利亞寄荷蘭，加貼蟠龍1分票及宣統紀念票2分各一枚，銷潞安府腰框干支日戳，旁蓋北京中國郵局、法國客郵局、荷蘭中轉和到達戳，郵路清晰。清三次片貼有宣統紀念票實寄者屈指可數，此片也是收藏清代郵資片和宣統題材不可多得的精品素材。
