1880 (April 1): 3 d. rosy-mauve, plate 14, lettered GL, a used example on 1880 cover to Florence, Italy tied by bold "942" obliterator with crisp strike of LARNACA / CYPRUS cds alongside (July 20, 1880) in black. Reverse with Brindisi transit cds (July 28) and Firenze arrival (July 29). Minor imperfections but a scarce stamp on letter.
