Kingsford-Smith issue 1931: 2 d. red and 3 d. blue, overprinted "OS" in black, used on 1931 registered cover from Parliament House to the Commissioner for the Railways Office in Brisbane tied by "Parliament House / FCT" datestamps in black with registered label at left. Reverse with Canberra cds (Sept 24) and Brisbane arrival cds.
