1912-1913: Vlastos 250[v] / Hellas 234[v], ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΙΟΙΚΗΣΙΣ (Hellenic Administration) Black Overprint on 1911-12 Engraved and Lithographed Definitives, Overprint Reading Up, the engraved 5λ green in a corner block of four, with the first two vertical row missing the overprint and the third and fourth vertical rows having a misaligned overprint. An unlisted variety, post office fresh, well centered, two top stamps and one on the bottom row lightly hinged, with the other stamps being mint never hinged. One of the stamps missing the overprint with small fault made during production. The bottom right four stamps with a black circular ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΣΙΣ ΤΑΧ. ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗΣ (Direction of Thessaloniki post office) mark. A very interesting item, excellent for study, F-VF or better.
