1810.09.23, Paris to CORFU. Entire folded letter written in French "Paris le 23 Septembre 1810", sent to a "Capitaine du Genie Teulier à Corfou". The address used was "Provinces Illyriennes, Dalmatie", very strange because the communications between Dalmatia (French Department) and Corfou were hindered by the English ships. Rated "20" in front and "42" on reverse, both in red, RRR & Sup
