Sent by Falmouth Packet, plus inland United Kingdom and Irish Packet boat, then 7 pence extra (or 3/6 Three Shillings six pence) from Boyle to Ballymote. Lt Hamilton writes to his uncle about his bout with yellow fever and his desire to journey to St. Croix to rest and recuperate. He gives details of chasing French privateers.
