This collection 'Road traffic regulation' (several times Gold awarded at national stamps exhibitions) stands for a symbolization of those statistics which shows us that one of the most frequent causes of fatalities, due to its high figures, is one whose responsibility relies on the human being and its habits, which are becoming a necessity: to drive vehicles using the existing road network. The drivers' mistakes and carelessness is a great worry for the governors because of the consequences caused. - All this is reflected in stamp collecting and since the beginning of the century, in accordance with the development otf the automobile, the worry in this matter and the interest has been growing to the extent of being depicted in postmarks, images, roller cancellations etc. - The collection is divided into the 6 main chapters: The traffic and its elements / Road system / Conferences and congresses on road transport / The signals and their rules / Overtakings and other maneuvers / Accident prevention and safety.
