Mongolei: 1931 Cover from Ulanbator to Kalgan, China via Manchouli franked on back by 1931 Provision
1931 Cover from Ulanbator to Kalgan, China via Manchouli franked on back by 1931 Provisional 5m. on 5c. with interrupted perf. 11 and tied by Ulanbator 'xx.XII.31' c.d.s., also bearing two revenue stamps 10c. (without cancellation), which was not accepted for the complete 25m. rate, thus in China the cover was handstamped by circled "T" h/s with Chinese characters "Insufficient Fee" and franked at Kalgan by Chinese postage dues 20c. and 30c. blue tied by '21. Jan. 1932' cds, also with Manchouli '12.1.21 (1932)' transit dater and receiver's rubber h/s "Republic of China/22 January 21st year (1932)". A scarce insufficiently franked cover bearing good Mongolia as well as Chinese postage due stamps.
