1874, stationery cut-out 1 S. blue syll. 14 uprating folded card 1 S. blue syll. 14 tied Kiban "ra-16" (Ogaki, Mino province) with double circle "Ogaki.Minao -.4.15" on reverse to Iyo province. Cut-outs were not admitted for postage, but this escaped attention of p.o. clerks and no postage due procedure. Closed filing hole. Rare.
