Exceptional block of nine, almost all stamps with full original gum (toned) except at upper right (sheet margin mostly). Manuscript text 'Type 3 in current use since April 17, 1864' by the Postmaster Don. G.A. de Posadas. ONLY BLOCK KNOWN SO FAR. (Kneitschel 22c) ÷ 1864 'Rivadavias' 15 c. azul, impresión semiborrosa. SOBRECARGA MUESTRA A MANO. Excepcional bloque de nueve sellos borde de hoja con plena goma original.
