German Valdivia Tiefsee-Expedition: 1899, special cachet "Dampfschiff VALDIVIA Deutsches Tiefsee-Expedition" on picture card "map" with German stamp 5 pfg. green cancelled "HAMBURG 30.5.(4).99" (date of error) and text "Am 1. Aug.1898 von Hamburg abgefahren, heute am 30.IV...." to Naumburg with arrival mark, written by Carl Apstein, member of the expedition, very scarce card from the last day of the expedtion!
