P.O.W Mail. 1942 Stampless picture postcard to London from A. Butler, a British volunteer who fought with the Finns during the Winter War, the card sent from Filipstad, Varmland, in Sweden where Butler was now interned. Sent via the British Consul in Sweden with a London S.W Paid c.d.s; the message refers to sending mail by both the British Consul and the Red Cross. Small edge tear at base, otherwise fine and scarce. Also a 1940 letter from the Finnish Aid Bureau in London sent to a British volunteer. (2).
