Oregon Postal History Balance. Substantial accumulation of cards and covers dating from the late 19th century up to modern times, lots of Helbock scarcity ratings of 1, 2, and 3, most with clean and clear cancels, almost no machine cancels or large city cancels, lots of Doanes, 4-bars, and other small town cancels, a few interesting usages and/or ancillary markings, retail values to $10 or so, although most are much less, a good value for the club or show dealer and for the beginning collector.
