1910 (15.12.), Registered Letter QV 4d grey (254 x 178 mm) uprated with 1d red horiz. pair and two diff. 1/4d stamps commercially used from BARBADOS with black/white reg. label 'Barbados' and additional red/black reg. label of New York on front to Gera/Germany with transitmarks of New York (23./24.12.1910) and Gera (3.1.11) on reverse, horizontal and vertical fold but a very scarce usage of a large size envelope!
