New South Wales. 1912 O.H.M.S Cover from the Dept of Agriculture, Entomological Branch, in Sydney to the Royal Natural History Museum in Brussels, bearing QV 1⁄2d and 1d pair each perfined "OS/NSW", tied by The Exchange c.d.s with an arrival backstamp. An unusual use of officials on a cover to Europe.

A very unusual destination, backstamped in London and Argentina.
