Small envelope made of cardstock containing stamps of 35c. that the Post gave for free with the purchase of stamps, type II (size open 8.5 x 6.8 cm), color of the cardstock is yellow with illustrations in vermilion-red and letters in dark blue (not catalogued by Pettigiani, who only lists letters in black), excellent quality, very rare!
