'12', a used example with close to large margins all round and showing portion of adjoining stamp at top, tied to 1860 mourning envelope to Greenock, Scotland endorsed "via Marseilles" by "59" numeral obliterator and framed "POST OFFICE / LAUNCESTON / ♚" datestamp (Nov 23) despatch in red. Reverse with Greenock arrival (13 Jan 1861). An attractive cover.
