1860 Entire letter from Bordeaux to Guayaquil, Ecuador via London and Panama, franked by Napoleon 1853-60 80c. carmine three singles tied by black "BP Ie" in diamond of dots, with Bordeau a Paris '14 Mars 60' despatch c.d.s., black boxed "P.P.", red London transit dater as well as "PANAMA/AP 6/1860/B" transit c.d.s. alongside, Paris-Calais transit c.d.s. on the reverse. All stamps with complete to wide margins, a cover fold through two of them otherwise fresh and fine, the cover lightly stained. A SCARCE COVER + A SCARCE FRANKING + A SCARCE CANCELLATION.
