1808-79 - 1d red plates 71 to 224 complete but remarkably, JUST ABOUT EVERY STAMP WITH CDS or part cds with numeral, v.g.u. Many years effort, possibly a philatelic lifetime, have gone into this endeavor. The basic stamps appear generally sound, good to fine. Plate numbers have been randomly checked and all appear accurate, but we cannot guarantee this. How easy to replicate this achievement? RARELY OFFERED THUS. Cat approx £3000 incl premium.
