Pkt. Jul 19" exchange cds with matching "45" and sharp "U.S. Notes / 53" depreciated currency handstamp, Very Fine and early depreciate currency cover, ex-Hahn.

This was rated at the 45¢ rate in coin, or 53¢ due in depreciated greenback currency with a 1.18 inflation. The "Parana" was a 2,250 ton ship that made 3 Galway trips on charter, became a hulk in 1868.
