Grant tied by "U.S. Postal Agency/Shanghai" duplex, showing on reverse blue "Customs/Tientsin" origin and "Customs/Shanghai" (7.3) transit double-ring d.s., fractionally reduced at right, a very fine cover originating in the Customs Post with its postage paid in cash or subscriber mail, transferred to the U.S. Postal Agency in Shanghai for transmission overseas.
