Stamps tied by GC 2656 lozenges, with NICE c.d.s. alongside. Front shows red AFFRANCHISSEMENT INSUFFISANT handstamp, scarce F / 29 exchange marking under the Franco-Austrian Convention, blue manuscript "28" kreuzer Austrian debit, ODESSA transit, plus red KHARKOV arrival c.d.s. and small violet "30" kopek postage due handstamp.
