1912-1913: Vlastos 251, 251a, 251a[v], 251I / Hellas 235, 235a, 235aK, 235K, ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΙΟΙΚΗΣΙΣ (Hellenic Administration) Black Overprint on 1911-12 Engraved & Lithographed Greek Definitives, Overprint Reading Up, the lithographed 5λ green in a printer's imprint corner block of four, with the first vertical row having one overprint and the second vertical row having a double overprint (so two horizontal pairs, one with double overprints). It should be noted that the lower left stamp (position 91 of the sheet) has the Large E in ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ of the overprint and the stamp next to it has a double overprint of which one has the same Large E in ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ as well. Post Office fresh, well centered, great perforation all around. Top pair is mint hinged with remnant, lower left stamp is never hinged and signed in pencil, lower right stamp is lightly hinged. A very attractive multiple, excellent for study, VF.
