India, Gandhi Memorial Folder (with all stamp set inside, Michel n 187, 188, 189 and 190), sent by air mail on First Day of Issue using two 3½ violet stamp attached on the folder, from Calcutta on 15/8/1948 to Beirut. The memorial folder was sent inside a protective christalline paper envelope with handwritten note "Verified: printed matter inside". Arrive on 20/8/1948. EXCEPTIONAL FRESH QUALITY FOR THIS RARE MEMORIAL FOLDER, PROBABLY THE ONLY KNOWN REALLY TRAVELLED BY MAIL.
