1995, Kyrgyzstan. Great lot of in all 13 artworks for the complete set NATURAL WONDERS OF THE WORLD (inclusive 2 times 2 artworks for both the souvenir sheets and 1 artwork for a FDC cover). For the set's stamps there are 3 artworks (portrait format) and 5 artworks ( landscape format). Each of them acrylic on paper on card with inscription overlay and passepartout framing. Signed twice on passepartout and on the card's reverse, and there is a stamp-sized xerox for each artwork located on the passepartout. The netto size for each portrait is 78x174 mm and for each landscape 174x78 mm. The scenic attractions shown are: Nile River, Kilimanjaro, Sahara Desert, Amazon River, Grand Canyon, Victoria Falls, Mount Everest and Niagara Falls. The artworks for the s/s are also made of acrylic on card with passepartout framing and netto sized for each s/s stamp 174x78 mm and for each s/s backdrop about 179x140 mm. Signed and provided with the proper xeroxs. The first s/s (Sc #97) shows Issyk-Kul Lake, Kyrgyzstan and Raptor, row boat, sail boats. The second s/s (Sc #98) shows Issyk-Kul Lake too, and Water bird, motor boat, row boat. And finally there are 1 artwork and 1 film for a FDC cover (The Grandeur of Nature). UNIQUE GROUP!
