A very rare usage of this datestamp on letter - translated as "Forwarded" by Tchilinghirian and "Delivered" by Ringström & Tester. The cancellation was utilised briefly prior to the delivery of the Roman dated Sistov datestamp. Insignicant imperfections but very rare. Signed Holcombe. Cert.
