1848 Post Paid 2d blue, EARLY PRINTING on yellowish paper from POSITION 4 in the plate of 12. A very fine example with full to large margins all around and lightly cancelled by a circle of thick bars. The plate position 4 shows its most obvious plate characteristic in the bottom right corner.
A beautiful example of this scarce stamp. Certificate BPA (2014) which describes the paper colour as greyish. SG 8 = 7000 GBP
