Dabei Brief von Stockholm, 1670, mit "B" Stempel an den Rigaer Generalgouverneur, R1 RIGA auf Brief von 1761 nach Pernau, in der Folge reichhaltig dokumentiert die verschiedenen Stempel der Vorphilatelie incl. Transitpost ins europäische Ausland. Ausserdem seltene Verwendungsformen wie Postzustellurkunde von 1822. Ebenfalls enthalten sind Botenbriefe an Personen der Zeitgeschichte wie Eric Dahlberg. Den Beginn der Markenzeit dokumentiert ein Brief mit Russland Mi.1Ia von Riga nach Reval, weiterhin Russland Mi.2 auf Brief nach Pernau, danach eine Fülle an interessanten und besseren Frankaturen, frühe Ganzsachenumschläge ab 1862, Einschreiben, Geldbriefe, Paketkarten, Destinationen, Bahnpost, seltene Stempel, Zensuren und viele andere Besonderheiten.
