An impressive research collection on the "Notifications on juridical acts", which has special green forms and special handling by the post. Both the envelope with the files and the return receipt was send registered, with the complete postage on the outgoing envelope. Fines issued by the "Polizia stradale" (traffic police) use a similar systems, without envelopes of a distinct colour - and the postage had to been paid by the recipient - in postage due stamps.
