Hong Kong, 1863-71 watermark crown CC perf. 12½ 4c. slate, showing portion of adjacent stamp at right, showing unpunched out perforation chads at right and top distinctive of this perforation, unused with much original gum with small paper hinge remnant, brilliant colour, perfs. at left separated by scissors with some fractional improvement, fine and very fresh appearance, an exceptional appearing example of this rare mint stamp.
