1921-47 Covers all undelivered with various explanatory cachets, including 1921 registered cover from Egypt to Salt endorsed "No Registered Service for El Salt, Return to Sender" with "JERUSALEM / RLO" skeleton datestamps, and 1940 cover to Holland with "RETURNED TO SENDER / NO SERVICE". Also 1927 cover with Found Open and Officially Sealed labels tied by Jerusalem datestamps, and a Palestine registered Returned Letter envelope used in Israel in 1955. (12).
