1912 (Aug 15) red band cover from Urga to Kalgan,f.w. CIP London ovpt. ROC 1c and 5c on reverse, tied by Urga cds., along with Kalgan arrival cds. 6c rate is for mail between Mongol and Inland China, as the transportion was poor and slow, not to mention the service volume was small.

1912年8月15日中式紅條封自庫倫寄張家口東口下堡，背貼楷字蟠龍1分及5分票各一枚，銷庫倫腰框日戳，旁蓋張家口到達戳。由於當時運輸條件惡劣，送件緩慢，加上服務需求不大，故往來蒙古及中國內地需要6分郵資。
