Ltd 1872: Second Issue, 2nd printing: 1 d. blue, 3 d. rose-pink and 6 d. purple, the set of three in complete sheets of seventy-two (6 x 12) showing the intermediate Stone of 9 types (3 x 3) repeated eight times, the sheet with full margins on all sides with the 1 d. irregular at base with slight marginal nick at left, all three with crackly slightly browned full original gum. For the convenience of collectors we have enclosed an illustration of the Stone of nine types with the lot.
