1885 Destination MEXICO: Folded cover used from Manchester to VERA CRUZ per "City of Berlin" via New York, franked by 1883 4d. dull green tied by "MANCHESTER/O 51/SP 29/85"-"498" duplex dater, and on the reverse with New York '10 OCT' transit dater, large Mexican 'foreign mail' oval datestamp in blue and Puerto Veracruz '18 OCT 1885' arrival c.d.s. The cover lightly stained (ink from sender's oval h/s) and minor imperfections as short corner crease (affecting adhesive) but still good.
