Cuba under Spanish rule 1855: ½ real blackish-green on bluzed paper, two single examples and a horizontal pair, used on 1855 registered cover to Havana cancelled by oval network handstamps in black with framed "CERTIF." and six "0" weight marks denoting registration at edges. "MATANZAS / ISLA DE CUBA" somewhat unclear despatch cds inm same ink (Dec 6). Havana arrival cds (Dec 7) and docketing of receipt by addressee on reverse. Diagonal cover crease not greatly affecting the appearance of an early and rare registered cover.

1855/56: Thin "Y¼" overprint in black on 2 r. carmine on blued, ample margins all round, used on 1858 local cover mailed within Havana tied by network oval obliterator in black, with HABANA cds adjacent (March 1) in blue. A rare stamp on letter Scott = $ 1'250.

Antonio V. Funes 3rd Test Launch Marilyn 1939 (Oct 8): Cacheted cover with red Rocket Stamp handstamped purple "C 1 25C/ 8 OCT 1939/ 3 R ENSAYO" tied by "Campo Experimental Habana Cuba Octubro 1939". Perfs. little stained, otherwise fine and rare. 21+ covers flown Hopferwieser AF-03a = Euro 2'100.
