"WEESEN*2.III.17". Initially the 35c. stamps were sold at the Ministarska office, because it pad the registered letter rate to France. A few days after the introduction of the "POSTES SERBES" handstamp, that rate raised to 40c. It is the scarcest of the stamps regularly found used from this office. A.
