AN EXTREMELY RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 1918 3¢ PURPLE OFFSET, TYPE IV WITH A TRIPLE IMPRESSION.

A search of our and other auction house websites revealed that no examples have ever been offered in the past several decades on the market. In addition, a search on the Philatelic Foundation's Certificate Search showed that no examples to date have ever been certified.
