Pale grey (H & G milky blue) hexagonal frame type around Queen's bust, P.O control mark in red 'GENERAL POST OFFICE MAURITIUS' in crowned double circle with manuscript control signature 'L.M.C.P.' of Louis Martin Colonial Postmaster, Higgins and Gage B (Envelopes) 14, unused envelope, some peripheral ageing but otherwise fine, 2002 Sismondo colour photo-certificate confirms.
