Rarity: 19.4.906 Littoral registered AR cv sent from Jerusalem district (Beit Lakia) to a military unit in Hudeyda Yemen, franked,  2pi & 20 pa Turkish stps: 20 pa basic littoral rate + 1pi Registration fee + 1pi AR fee, (on 4 February 1905 Jerusalem was considered as a port & littoral rates were in effect), all tied by 2 pmks "JERUSALEM" (PM 11), Registration & AR numbers in manuscript at left, on face magic number “8642” as a talisman, on back Jaffa transit pmk 20.4.906 light impression, cv undelivered & returned to Jerusalem 5.1.907 pmk; light peripheral toning, fine & Extremely Rare, certif.
