1880 Great Britain QV 2 1/2d mauve plate 15 overprint CYPRUS' plate number block of 4 - Fine left marginal block with Plate number '15' as well as the number 2 1/2d next to plate number on top margin and handstamped 'POSTAGE 2 1/2d' on right margin. There is a tone spot just above 1 of the perfs in the margin. Block also has the 'Large Thin C' variety bottom left hand stamp. An attractive and rare multiple. SG 3.
