1d KGV 1914 (Marsh) Die PROOF STATE 4, FINAL TEST of the Die pulled Seymour Bennett, set of 4 in black, orange-red, green & blue, on thin glazed card (surrounds uncleared), cut down to stamp size & affixed to 90x105mm buff cards. Superb fresh condition, as pulled by printer (wet ink finger print visible at left of green proof). One of the most spectacular items of Australian KGV philately (illustrated on the front of the 2018 edition of the Commonwealth Specialist cat). ACSC 70DP(15) STATE 4 ABCD cat $45000 as set of 4.
